Hamburg is next ⚓

SMM Hamburg is just around the corner, and we’re looking forward to being part of one of the biggest weeks in the maritime calendar.

Four days to reconnect with clients and partners, meet new people, and have plenty of conversations about shipbuilding projects, the latest developments, technologies and trends across the maritime industry.

Today, we celebrate the Independence Day of Ukraine.

A day that carries an especially profound meaning — a reminder of the strength, resilience and determination of the Ukrainian people.

For us, Ukraine is also home to generations of maritime and engineering expertise. We are proud of our Ukrainian team, who continue to design, engineer, collaborate with international partners and contribute to shipbuilding projects around the world.

We believe in Ukraine, in its people and in its future.

Happy Independence Day, Ukraine! 💙💛

Day one in Trondheim is already off to a good start — Dmitry Volik and Mikhail Bardin are there, catching up with familiar faces and meeting new ones.

That’s probably the best part of events like this: a quick hello can easily turn into a good conversation about a current project, a new vessel, or what might come next.

Drop us a message if you'd like to meet.

🎲 Something new has found its place at C-Job Nikolayev's office in Gdańsk. On Friday evenings, the drawings get put aside and the board games come out.

It's surprising how quickly a game changes the way you see your colleagues. Around the table, job titles disappear — senior engineers, project managers, and junior designers all face the same uncertainty, making decisions with limited information and hoping the next move is the right one.

We've learned that a strong team isn't built on technical skill alone. It's communication, trust, and how people handle setbacks together — and that's exactly what these Friday games build, one round at a time.

There is nothing more rewarding for a design team than seeing engineering become reality.

In June, our General Project Manager, Maxim Zarvanskiy, and Hull Outfitting Design Engineer, Mladen Yankov, represented C-Job Nikolayev and C-Job Varna during a visit to VARD Shipyards Romania – Braila to see an offshore vessel that our engineers helped bring from a digital model to the production stage.

For this project, our team delivered 3D modelling of the hull structure and production documentation supporting vessel construction.

The visit provided an excellent opportunity to discuss the project directly with the shipyard's engineering team and to see the quality of the design reflected in the steel taking shape on the production line.

This project marked the beginning of our cooperation with Vard Shipyards Romania – Braila and represents another important milestone in our long-term partnership with VARD. It also demonstrates our capability to support complex shipbuilding projects with reliable detail engineering and production documentation that enables efficient construction.

We appreciate the warm welcome from the Vard Shipyards Romania – Braila team and look forward to contributing to many more successful vessel deliveries together.
