USDM Experience. 234 m2 residential house near Stockholm. 2023

In August of 2023, this 234 m² residential project was successfully completed near Stockholm. This custom project was realized in five months (including project planning, production and construction).

USDM, has developed this project from scratch to fulfill all individual needs and wishes of the client. Prepared architectural plannings, electrical and plumbing plannings, static calculations with timber elements construction documentation. CLT panels for the load bearing walls were used to ensure even greater structural stability of the building in the demanding Swedish climate.

Accordingly to developed project documentation, USDM produced the timber frame-panels and ensured the on-site construction in cooperation with local partners and contractors in Sweden.

USDM has developed a new 117 m2 residential house project. The building has 2 floors and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 terraces and a built-in garage.

It will be built using timber frame-panel technology with use of FSC-certified timber. The building will also meet KfW Effizienzhaus 40+ energy efficiency standard and will meet the requirements for QNG-Premium sustainability certificate.

USDM had a new 1082 m2 apartment house project developed. The building has 4 floors and consists of 12 apartments and built-in garage.

USDM LLC is glad to report that the foundation for our 187 m² joint project with Riwo Immobilien GmbH has been laid successfully.

The USDM LLC is completing 142 m2 residential house project near Stockholm (Sweden).

The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a big living room/ kitchen (50,1 m2).

Timber frame-panel technology is used for construction with FSC certified timber and CLT panels in the exterior frame.

This house will meet KfW 40+ energy-efficiency requirements.
