On December 12, Kyiv hosted an executive Lunch & Learn that brought together leaders from across Ukrainian businesses to explore the future of intelligent automation. Over the course of the event, we discussed the growing capabilities of AI Agents in Creatio — with nearly 100 ready-to-use agents already available for marketing, sales, and customer service

Volodymyr Mudryi shared valuable insights from the implementation of Creatio Company and Banza’s portal solutions at OTP Bank, and the Banza team showcased practical use cases, AI call transcription, and our AI Assistant.

Business visit organized by the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the IT Ukraine Association together with the Innovation and Digital Development Agency

Last week, the Banza team joined a business visit to Baku. Beyond exploring a vibrant city, we discovered a fast-growing tech and business hub. This visit reinforced our belief that Ukrainian tech has strong potential abroad, and new markets open fresh opportunities for growth.
