Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater (1935) is a masterpiece of organic architecture, seamlessly blending into its natural surroundings. The façade of the house appears to float above the waterfall beneath, showcasing Wright’s vision of harmony between human habitation and nature. The use of natural stone and cantilevered terraces creates a striking visual connection to the landscape, making Fallingwater one of the most iconic examples of 20th-century architecture.

Happy ! 🎂 While Frank Lloyd Wright is famous for his Prairie and Usonian styles, Missouri is a surprising home to five of his designs, including four distinctive houses and one church. Pictured here is the unique Pappas House in St. Louis, a rare and innovative "Usonian Automatic" home constructed entirely of concrete blocks.
