West Nile Rural Electrification Company - WENRECo successfully sensitized the community in Yumbe district on electricity safety tips and addressed key electricity-related concerns affecting the area.

Our team provided guidance on the safe use of electricity, emphasizing the critical importance of engaging certified wiremen for all electrical installations and the mandatory use of insulated cables to mitigate potential hazards.

In addition to safety tips, we covered procedures for lodging complaints, application process for new electricity connections and the dangers associated with illegal connections.
All other community concerns were addressed and we received valuable feedback that will inform our ongoing service improvement efforts.
