Introduction
The foundation “ASTERIS AGRI-ECOSYSTEM FOUNDATION (AaEF) LTD” is Registered as company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital. It was in-cooperated on 10th December 2020 by Uganda Registration Service Bureau (URSB) under No.80020002824358. The registered branchoffices of the Foundation shall be situated in many parts of the Republic of Uganda. The objectives for whi
ch the foundation is established are as follows; Having understood thedirection of the foundation is not to make profit, but to specifically do Research, Production and Developments in General Agriculture that enable provision of support, Guidance of the investments there by providing job opportunities, poverty eradication, Elevated good health and standards of living to the individuals and personalitiessynchronizing directly or indirectly to the foundation and having realized that our efforts can lead to the self-development through Agri-Ecosystem, we came to the name of the company termed as Asteris Agri-Ecosystem Foundation (AaEF) LTD. This foundation hasbeen established to achieve the aforesaid. In summary the foundation operates under the guidance of the below

1. To become registered corporate member, it enables you get involved in bigger discussions and discission makings regarding Research Production, developments of Crops, Animals, Forests and mechanization/engineering that develop the country ingeneral agricultural sector.
2. It enables you get direct or indirect agricultural support inform of;
i) Agricultural capacity building and famers’ trainings
ii) Agricultural field visits
iii) Agricultural mechanizations
iv) Agricultural materials
v) Agricultural tools and Agro-inputs
vi) Agricultural financial credits
vii) Agricultural seed/ grain production Support

ix) Provision of Agricultural produce markets in any form or stage of the product

MEMBERSHIP
i) The foundation currently is constituted of (20) Registered pioneer members were by (12) are men and (8) are female (the officially pioneer registered with foundation’s Secretary). The foundation officially has 4 registered Directors. ii) The foundation is urging the community to join as members since Agriculture is thefocal point of life in the universe were everyone does benefit on the agriculture practiced either directly or in directly. Whatever material used on earth is as aresult of agriculture by either cultivation or putrefaction through various processes. By the feature that every person/animal in the world feeds, this makes every
person in the world a stakeholder for this particular foundation. iii) Membership is free of charge and non-discriminative of sex, culture, tribe, profession, age, color, standard of living whatever etc. iv) The foundation also encourages farmer and other groups to join as eitherindividuals or group to the foundation as the above support will be equally served to them. v) Membership is currently conducted in an online application manner via the linkbelow (https://forms.gle/Upxb5EgCFmMrLb9h6 )
vi) Depending on the expansion of the foundation’s work and membership, directors, deputies, Secretaries and other relevant positions and the executive board of directors shall be appointed by the official process from time to time and shall be communicated from time to time.
