A three storeyed rental units block to be elevated in Busabala Cell, Masajja division, Makindye Ssabagabo municipality.
Each storey has four duplex units, each unit with a sitting room, kitchen area & a bedroom with toilet and bath area.
Block also has two common toilets and two bathrooms on each story.
It's planned to sit on a 54x88ft equal to 10decimals plot of land.
