Today, we bid farewell to our wonderful interns atTarn Energy Services Ltd. Over the course of their internship, they have contributed to our company's growth, brought fresh ideas to the table, and worked tirelessly to achieve their goals.
As our guest speakers, Aidan Jullian Asekenye and SSENABULYA ANDREW, have emphasized, the key to success in today's world is to stay positive, widen our knowledge, be innovative, and show willingness to learn. Aidan highlighted the importance of taking initiative and doing things ourselves such that we can learn, while avoiding despising others. Andrew encouraged our graduates to continue to learn new things, interact with others, and build connections as they move forward in their careers. Both speakers also emphasized the significance of good character in the workplace.
We also celebrated a very special occasion today - our own Atuhaire Tracy's birthday! We extend our warmest wishes to her and hope that her day was filled with joy, love, and happiness.
To our graduating students, we commend you on your dedication, hard work, and achievements. You have shown immense potential and talent, and we have no doubt that you will go on to achieve great things in your respective fields.

It's a special day here at Tarn Energy Services Ltd - our internship students are graduating! As part of our culture, we've invited guest speakers to offer their words of wisdom and encouragement as our students embark on their next steps.
Today, we are honored to have Aidan Jullian Asekenye as our guest speaker, and SSENABULYA ANDREW as our keynote speaker. We started the day with project presentations from our students, the Oil and Gas team, presented their model of the entire petroleum chain from extraction to processing, transportation, and storage led by WADERO MARTIN. Meanwhile, the Environment team presented their modern composite pit, which they constructed on our premises, along with the trees they planted led by Otyek Ambrose.
We're incredibly proud of all our students and their achievements. It's been a pleasure to watch them grow and develop during their time with us, and we know they have bright futures ahead. Congratulations to all the graduates, and thank you to our guest speakers for their inspiring words.

Know our internship trainers! Meet Isaac Musiimenta, an experienced Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Practitioner with a wealth of knowledge and skills in the oil and gas industry.

Isaac holds a BSc. Oil and Gas Production Engineering from Kyambogo University, a Diploma in Environment Health & Safety Management Engineering from Athena Global Institute UK, and a Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Alison. He's also a certified ECITB Health & Safety practitioner and a Neuroscience Safety-Oriented Certified HSE Mental Focus Specialist.

Isaac has been delivering valuable training to our interns in HSE practices in the industry, including incident reporting, first aid, emergency response, firefighting, hazard identification, risk assessment and management. His expertise in HSE practices within the oil and gas sector has been invaluable in helping our interns understand the importance of safety in the workplace and how to effectively respond to emergencies.

We, Tarn Energy Services Ltd, are grateful to Isaac for sharing his knowledge and skills with our interns and helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in their careers. It's through trainers like Isaac that we're able to contribute to national content development by building skills and preparing the next generation of professionals. Thank you, Isaac!

We are excited to introduce you to our talented and dedicated ArcGIS trainer, Lubega Edward! He has been an invaluable asset to our team at Tarn Energy Services Ltd, providing our interns from Kyambogo University with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers.

Lubega is a highly qualified professional with a Bachelor of Science with Education and a Master of Science in Environment and Natural Resource Management, both from Makerere University Kampala. He also holds a Diploma in Geospatial Analysis and Urban Planning from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Certificate in Spatial Analysis from the Environmental Research Institute.

With over 10 years of experience in environment and natural resource management, Mr. Lubega shares his field experience with students studying Environmental Engineering and Management from Kyambogo University, teaching them on how to use ArcGIS, a crucial software for Mapping and Visualization, Spatial Analysis, Data Management, Geocoding, Routing and Navigation and Environmental Management. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom, helping to prepare the next generation of environmental professionals.

We had a fantastic Internship Career Day event at Tarn Energy Services Ltd today! Our interns from Kyambogo University had the privilege of hearing from two distinguished professionals in the field, Ritah Mugala, a Hydrogeologist Consultant, and Isaac Musiimenta, an HSE Specialist with a background in Oil and Gas Production Engineering.

Ritah Mugala shared some valuable insights with our interns on how to succeed in their careers. She emphasized the importance of good grades for further studies and scholarships, early preparation through research, and effective time management. She also stressed the need to socialize with vision-driven people, set goals, and commit to daily to-do lists.

Ritah also spoke about the importance of giving back and not being selfish, as blessings will follow you in the future. She encouraged our interns to explore new places, make new friends, and be strong-minded in their pursuits.

We're grateful to Ritah Mugala for sharing her experiences and insights with us, and we hope that our interns will take her advice to heart as they develop their own career journeys in the energy & environment sectors.

Isaac Musimenta, an experienced Health Mental Focus Specialist with a background in Oil and Gas Production Engineering, shared some valuable insights with our interns at the Tarn Energy Services Internship Career Day event. He emphasized the importance of starting small, connections, and gaining experience, and highlighted the value of soft skills in the workplace.

Isaac also introduced LENT: Learn new things as much as you can, Engage with others, Network, and Teach others. Sharing knowledge with your friends and colleagues is an essential part of growth. He reminded us to always keep God above all.
