Blue Ocean Engineering Limited workforce consists of purely, a Ugandan team but of a unique training background. About 80% of our team is made up of former apprentices of Karise Kleinsmedie, a Danish Company that conducted rigorous training and accreditation of these Ugandan youths, in various specialized welding techniques from 2010 to 2013. As part of our corporate social responsibility and just as most of our team acquired these specialized skills, we decided not to break the chain by starting up an apprenticeship section that will ensure sustainability of these valuable skills.
