When you buy a Piece of Land and you don't have money to Build Fence or anything on it.
one of the best way to secure your newly Acquired land is to Build a Grave on the Land.
Tell carpenter to construct local coffin,
Dig 6 feet
Buy small blocks and call bricklayer to mount Grave blocks for you.
That's all
the format dey work well and that was how I secured my land until I got money to build on it.
I mounted 3 Grave there
