Some days you take the good with the bad!! Our crew will make sure it is taken care of correctly and efficiently to put things back together for a long lasting finish. Even if that means removing all rotten products down to the framing and rebuilding a roof deck.

Having enough room in your mechanical room is a must to get all of your equipment in comfortably!! This one comes equipped with an epoxy floor, extra storage area, furnace and A/C unit, air exchanger, water softener, dual purposes boiler for in floor heat and hot water, hot water heater for storage and of course the electrical panel. We also use painted plywood on the wall where the boiler hangs for equipment, hoses and electrical lines to be strapped to the wall!!
