🚧🎉 Major Milestone Reached at Best Buy Rockville! 🏗️🚗✨

Phase 1 of our parking garage restoration project is nearing completion! ✅ Our team has successfully completed double-t connector replacements, concrete slab repairs, beam and ledge repairs, expansion and caulk joint replacements, as well as power washing and painting throughout the garage. 🎨🔨🧱 This week, we are putting the finishing touches on the new traffic coating 🚦 and preparing to transition into the final phase of the project. 🚧➡️🏁

🎬🍿 Another Movie Theater Renovation Project Complete! 🚧✨
A full auditorium transformation has been completed in Tampa, Florida, delivering a next-level immersive cinema experience through upgraded projection systems, new wall-mounted screen structures, enhanced entrance portal design, upgraded lighting, sound integration, and full interior finish improvements. 🎥🔧

This fast-paced project required tight coordination, long-lead material management, and weekend work to keep progress on schedule—but the team successfully delivered a high-quality result.
💪🏗️ Huge thank you to our project partners for their collaboration and support throughout the build.
Great work by PM Benjamin Tebbs and Superintendent Tim Smith for leading this complex project from start to finish. 👏🏗️

One of AMC’s first-ever 4DX auditoriums is rapidly coming to life, and our team continues to hit major milestones! 🎉 Over the past month, we completed auditorium framing 🧱, plumbing and electrical rough-ins 🔧⚡, removed scaffolding after finishing ceiling and batten supports , and began installing seat plates 🎬. Next up are sound panels 🔊, cove lighting 💡, flooring 🏢, and seat pod installation 💺 as we move closer to transforming the movie-going experience. 🍿🎥
