🏗️ Project Complete | Rockville, MD 🎉

We’re proud to celebrate the successful completion of this 40,000 SF, two-story parking garage rehabilitation project in Rockville, MD!

Completed on time in two phases, the project included concrete repairs, traffic membrane replacement, sealants, expansion joints, and structural repairs—all while keeping the garage open and minimizing disruption to customers. 🚧

A special thank you to Danielle Dixon, Project Manager, and Brian Dixon, Superintendent, for their hard work and leadership throughout the project. 👏

We also appreciate our client’s partnership and trust throughout the process. Together, we delivered a safe, high-quality finished project—and even completed some extra cleanup to leave the site looking its best! 💪✨

🎬 Project Progress | Danbury, CT 🏗️

The transformation is taking shape! 🚧✨ Demolition is complete, platforms are framed, and finish work is now underway—including the portal entry, wall carpet, and acoustical sound panels. Next up: floor carpet, touch-ups, and final preparations for the IMAX installation. 🎥

We’re proud to see this project move into the finishing stages and look forward to bringing the vision to life! 💪

✨ Major progress is underway at Clyde’s Ebbitt House in Reston, VA! 🔨
We’re seeing exciting movement across the project! 👷‍♂️ Finished millwork 🪚, paint 🎨, and flooring 🧱 are all progressing. The BOH has received its quarry tile finish ✨, with the flooring team now moving into the wine storage 🍷 and bathrooms 🚻. The oyster bar ceiling finishes are actively being installed, setting the stage for paint 🎨, banquette framing 🛠️, and flooring 🧱 to follow. At the Main Bar 🍹, final trim and paint are underway, bringing the space closer to completion! At the exterior patio, final ceiling rough-ins are underway ⚙️, with roofing starting later this week. Final trim work at the ground level 🔧 is also moving forward. 👏 Another strong week of progress as we continue bringing Clyde’s Ebbitt House to life! 🏗️

✨🏬 Best Buy Southlake — Project Complete! 🎉🙌 Petrie Construction is proud to have transformed a warehouse space in Morrow, GA into a new shoppable appliance outlet! 🔨🛠️ The project included new flooring, fixtures, partition walls, and fresh wall and ceiling finishes, creating a clean and welcoming space for customers.

What an incredible weekend at the Petrie Cookout at the Track! 🏁🔥🏎️ We’re so grateful to everyone who came out, supported the event, and helped make it another memorable weekend. 🙌❤️🏁

Tiffany and the car ran great all weekend and once again showed just how crazy-thin the margins are in drag racing. 🏎️💨🔥 In the first round, Tiffany lost by just 0.0086 of a second — that’s only 3.19 inches at a speed of 165 mph! 😳🤯🏁 Talk about racing coming down to the smallest of margins. ⏱️💨🏎️

Our 50/50 raffle raised over $1,300, and Chaplain Kevin Cook with Racers For Christ received over $600 from the proceeds. 🙏💰❤️ We’re proud to be able to support such a great program and the work they do within the racing community. 🏁🙏⛪❤️

Most importantly, it was an absolute honor to be there supporting Tiffany and her family. ❤️🏁👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 This is an event we look forward to every single year, and we’re already looking forward to doing it all again next time. 🙌🔥🏎️
