We're so glad we were able to get this new shingle roof on for Samantha. We worked with insurance and had a small hang up, but things worked out the way they were supposed to and we're happy with the outcome!

Y'all may have seen we have some cold and rainy weather coming up. Here are some things to look for with colder weather approaching!

- check windows, doors and foundation for leaks
- get your heating system ready by changing filters and making sure thermostat works properly
- insulate pipes and attic to prevent frozen pipes and heat loss
- clean gutters and inspect roof for damage
- clean your chimney and make sure your fireplace is safe to use
- replace batteries in smoke and CO detectors
- have blankets, snacks, flashlights and other supplies handy in case of power outages
