Big news from Cary Services!

We're proud to share that we've officially been welcomed as a new member of the Associated General Contractors association! For over 32 years, Cary Services has built our reputation on HVAC/R service and maintenance across Texas — and now we're excited to bring that same commitment to quality into the new construction world through our Special Projects and Mechanical Services Department. We've been at it for a few years now, but we thought it wise to engage with our local chapter as we grow our portfolio.

This milestone reflects the hard work of our whole team as we grow into this new chapter. Family-owned since 1994, still going strong, and always looking ahead.

Thank you to West Texas Chapter AGC for the warm welcome — we're excited for what's ahead!

As we near the big July 4th celebration, this one is especially meaningful! Our great nation is set to celebrate her 250th anniversary! 250 years of freedom, resilience, opportunity, and innovation. In honor of this exciting milestone, we recently got a new flagpole installed at our Corporate Headquarters in Abilene.

Seeing the Stars and Stripes flying high every day is something we are incredibly proud of!

Our new flag pole is more than just an exciting addition to the Corporate Headquarters, it’s a symbol of the pride we have in our country, our community and the work we’re honored to do each and every day!

Three and a half years ago, we had the opportunity to assume full responsibility for the HVAC/R and building automation/controls services at a well-respected regional hospital in west Texas. They were especially interested in our “Full Coverage” Preventative Maintenance Agreement — which allows customers to benefit from a proactive approach to maintenance while better controlling costs across all their mechanical systems.

Right from the start, one of our top priorities was partnering with them to strategically plan for the replacement of aging assets that had reached or exceeded their end of life. High on that list were the four (4) 25+ year old Carrier 30GUN air-cooled semi-hermetic chillers.

That’s where this project was born. Years of planning and preparation later, the hospital is now moving forward with major facility upgrades — starting with two of the chillers.

We replaced them with two new Carrier AquaSnap 30RC air-cooled scroll chillers. These units deliver significantly better energy efficiency while maintaining the rugged durability this hospital demands. The entire project was delivered turnkey, and we kept the hospital fully operational with zero downtime throughout the process.

Extremely proud of our team and grateful for the continued trust from this outstanding customer. We love these kinds of success stories and helping our customers thrive in their industry!
