BML does not speculate with this crude oil, and all purchases are sold under contract to major oil companies, including the most credit-worthy companies in the petroleum industry such as ExxonMobil, BP, ChevronTexaco and ConocoPhillips. BML strictly adheres to guidelines of the Railroad Commission of Texas, Texas Department of Transportation, Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission, EPA and OSHA.
