Hearl was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pegasus Tower Company, a national wireless tower development company. Hearl was Co-Founder and Group Manager of The Cumberland Group, a private investment and broadcasting company. Connie Hearl serves as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Jonathan Simmons serves as Chief Financial Officer.
