Final coat on the floors at Farmhurst. Some minor finishes still to do on the interior and then on to the exterior porches and some exterior trim.

Its been a while and its been very busy. My fault for not updating sooner. Floors are in, chose a 3 row border for the foyer and the gas fireplace. tile is done and looks great. Railings and stair case are done. Cabinets and vanities have come in a day countertops have been templated. Final trim for the kitchen will be done this week, customer is deciding on final touches... Floors have been sanded and sealed and awaiting a final coat of high traffic Satin finish. Will have more pictures Monday...

Welcome to the "Farmhurst" house. A couple of "Before" pictures immediately after the plasterers finished up. Changed up a large bulky shower bench to a sleek and slim floating bench in a handicap accessible, curbless shower. Homeowners lived it so much, Ive added a similar one in the upstairs shower. Also, with the help of and Easton Concrete cutting and drilling, was able to install an egress window in a new foundation that was overlooked on initial design and permitting. More to follow as I play catch-up after the ankle injury. I also added a shot of the blocking added up the stairs. It looks far better when the railing brackets are spaced perfectly and some simple blocking gives the ability to put the brackets wherever you want and not only at the studs. The kitchen also has blocking everywhere and there is blocking for baseboard next to every single doorway and corner.

My son and I both had left leg injuries at the same time so things have really slowed down. Expect a photo dump of progress shortly.

Better pictures in a day or 2. This one is all wrapped up for now. Regrading the backyard and painting the pergola will be done first thing in the spring. American Walnut decking. Timbertech Custom Premier rail with black round balusters and PCV trim for skirts, pickets and risers.

Slow going on this one. Footings were tricky trying to fit a beam under this low deck replacement. Decided to add a matching pergola on top of the deck instead of big box store canvas topped ones every few years. Those big toothpicks will get cut in place when I decide on the best looking height.

A little "Garden deck/Yoga deck" for a designer in Plymouth. I'll have final pics soon. This was placed over a water feature pond so it has an access hatch to service the pump. Stone Mason is finishing up this week so I'll have final pics maybe next week when I return to repair some existing deck railings/stairs. for the win on This backyard.
