It takes a community to create opportunities for our children—and we’re grateful to have AB STEAM standing with us as a sponsor of the 9th Annual Children’s Business Fair of Massachusetts!

AB STEAM and BASK share a simple belief: when we give children opportunities to explore, create, and lead, they surprise us with what they can accomplish.

Whether a child is building a science project, creating art, solving a math problem, developing a technology solution, or starting their very first business, these experiences help them discover their confidence, creativity, and potential.

The Children’s Business Fair is more than a one-day event. It is a celebration of what can happen when families, schools, nonprofits, businesses, volunteers, and community leaders come together to invest in our children.

We’re especially grateful to organizations like AB STEAM that continue to strengthen our local community by creating meaningful opportunities for young people to learn, explore, and grow.

Please come by the AB STEAM table at the Acton Emergency Preparedness Fair today, Tuesday, June 16 from 5pm-7pm at the NARA Park Bathhouse Pavilion! Learn about AB STEAM, how to be ‘Water Wise’… and talk to AB STEAM Hackathon students about their local flood solutions & more!

The Town, Acton Water District, and community groups will provide resources and also collect input on emergency preparedness. There will be free food and activities for the whole family, including a scavenger hunt, prizes, a library pop-up, and the opportunity to check out the Town's Fire Truck and electric emergency vehicles (kids will be able to touch!)! AB STEAM is honored to be part of 34th Acton Boxborough Scholarship Night recognizing these exceptional high school students for their hard work, dedication, and achievements. Watching each student walk across the stage to receive their scholarship was a reminder that the future is in capable hands.

Acton Spring Nature Walk! 🌿🐠🦋🥀. Join AB STEAM Wednesday, May 13*, 2:30-4pm at Pratts Brook Conservation Area to explore nature.

The walk will be led by Ian Bergemann from the Town of Acton Conservation Division and a volunteer from Acton Conservation Trust. FUN for ALL ages! Children must be accompanied by an adult.
