Eine der größten zusammenhängenden Anlagen, die KOCH jemals gebaut hat. Normalerweise werden die Rahmenteile auf zwei unterschiedlichen Maschinen bekantet und geprägt, auf Kundenwunsch haben wir die zwei Systeme jedoch zu einem zusammengefügt.

🇺🇸 Edge-banding, hot-stamping, drilling and dowel insertion in one line:

One of the largest connected systems that KOCH has ever built. Normally the frame parts are edged and embossed on two different machines, but at the customer's request we have combined the two systems into one.

Zusammen mit unserem Automatisierungspartner Rotte haben wir eine flexible Arbeitszelle mit unserer SPRINT base.line Maschine konzipiert. Dank der Verwendung eines Cobots muss die Arbeitszelle nicht mit Schutzzäunen abgeriegelt werden.

🇺🇸 Flexible cobot working cell:

Together with our automation partner Rotte, we have designed a flexible work cell with our SPRINT base.line machine. Thanks to the use of a cobot, the work cell does not need to be secured with safety fences.

Nach längerer Zeit haben wir wieder eine große Anlage für die serielle Herstellung von gebaut. Bei unserem Kunden in Spanien ist die Maschine in eine neugebaute Halle eingezogen und steigert dort die Produktionskapazitäten um ein Vielfaches.

After a long time, we have once again built a large system for the serial production of . The machine has moved into a newly built production hall at our customer in Spain, where it increases production capacity many times over.
