Moving Equipment to Noble and Ada to start two new housing projects. Next month will be a cattle/farming job reclaiming almost 200ac of overgrown pastures. We will be fully clearing them back to hay cutting fields to add additional income for the land owner. From complete land clearing to final grade and everything in-between give us a call. Bennett’s Dirt Worx of Ada, Oklahoma is now offering several new & exciting options to landowners throughout Oklahoma! Here are some scenarios where we would be happy to provide our services:

-If you are interested in selling your undeveloped land holding, but don’t know where to start or don’t want to list it with a real estate company, give us a call. We will set up an appointment to come look at and assess the property and make on offer to purchase your small or large tracts.

-If you are interested in selling your farm/ranch or recreational property, but it needs improvements to get the price you’re hoping to get, give us a call. We will come give our suggestions for improvements to encourage a faster sell at your desired selling point. We are happy to discuss improvement options that can be paid for after the sale of the property. We can also suggest a preferred Realtor based on the type of property you have to offer.

-If you are interested in finally making the improvements you’ve always wanted or needed to make to your property but haven’t yet been in a position to do so or the quotes are just too expensive to consider all at once, give us a call.
