Downtown GR condo installation is complete!! Updating an 8th floor condo master and main bath.
Two piece master bath counter, with double sinks. The condo will be put on market in the next couple weeks.

Long (101”), double sink master bathroom vanity, and a smaller main bathroom vanity top.
Client wanted traditional medium gray concrete color. Here we have staging, diamond grinding, and slurry. Next step is secondary and final grind. Then seal and install.
Final destination, downtown Grand Rapids high rise condo!

Some may remember that post we did a while back, with the shiny stones...
Well, after a lengthy pause, the project is now finished and delivered!
An 18” round decorative table top. Made with black sand, stone, and charcoal pigment to the cement. With a gold painted iron base.
More photos will come in the daytime. A nice backdrop of a downtown, Grand Rapids, Michigan high rise, will be wonderful. We were just overjoyed with the client’s enthusiasm for their new resting place for their Buddha.

Small vanity top for a half bath. Sink opening with support a rounded rectangular basin sink. Incorporating client chosen stained glass. Broke and placed pieces on visible surfaces. Then added the leftover glass and powder to the mix.

Latest project!
This piece is a 55”x45”, whitish/sandy colored “shapeless” dining nook table top. We were contracted to produce the top, and a steel pedestal will be installed, once it is finished.
We made the transition from steel to carbon fiber reinforcement for added cantilevered strength, and to ensure no rust marks bleed through.

Revitalizing a countertop project from 6 years ago.
Client was still very happy with the countertops. Over the last 6 years, the previous generation of sealer was showing signs of a very active family. So they contacted us to go over some options. They chose a matte finish over the high gloss they originally ordered. The high gloss, no matter how tough it is, still shows day to day abuse, over time. The new generation of sealer, we are using, lets more of the texture of the concrete be seen and felt. And has proven to be more durable.
The last 6 images show the countertops after they had been sanded and ground to prep for cleaning and resealing.
