WIC Week™, also known as Women in Construction Week™, is an annual celebration that honors and highlights the invaluable contributions of women in the construction industry. This week-long event serves as a platform to recognize the significant role that women play in shaping the landscape of construction, from project management to engineering, design, tradeswomen and beyond.
Throughout WIC Week™, industry professionals come together to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the construction sector. It's a time to showcase the diverse talents, skills, and expertise of women in various roles, and to inspire future generations of women to pursue careers in construction.
At HVAC Fittings we celebrate and help inspire other women who want to pursue a career in construction or in any of the trades. Together, we can build a future where women thrive and contribute their unique perspectives and talents to the advancement of the built environment.
