Well I haven't been on Facebook in quite a while and unfortunately there is no real good news to give but thought this might be a good way to say goodbye and say thank you.
As of now we are considering shutting down the business. I have come down with a terminal illness and will quite likely be gone here soon as the the doctors have said there is nothing more they can do. Dont really want to go into details.Its a very long story. We are still trying to figure out the business end of what that looks like but for now we are closed.Sorry for not getting back to everyone immediately but I’ve been in the hospital for over a month now. Obviously this has come to something i don’t want to do but have very little choice.  I just wanna say thank you for the kindness and keeping me busy. We’re still working through some things so who knows. The odds are not in my favor. I am also a one man shop so that complicates it a little more. I have no timeline on when.Again thank you for everything and if anything changes, we will let you know. We all love you and you will be missed.Even though it is hard to understand, God is good all of the time so I know I will see you all again someday.

Well, Ive been back home for a little over three weeks now so I thought I would give a moment of gratitude. A few weeks ago I was in the hospital with something that blindsided me. Ill leave out the details because its a long story and I dont want to type out a novel. I will gladly tell anyone the story if they want to hear it. I was given a diagnosis that was hard to hear, nothing good. Im glad to say they got it wrong and I have almost made a full recovery. I want to thank all of my family and friends for all of their help. I want to thank everyone the most for praying for me. Im pretty sure that was what turned things around. I also want to thank everyone that contributed to the go fund me page. I realized I have more friends than I thought. Gotta thank Noah Hanson, Dave Olson and my wife Melissa Shanks for holding down the fort in my absence. The one thing that really floored me was the people in Adel and surrounding areas that took time to ask me how I was doing and telling me they were praying for me. Iam a private person and tried to not bother anyone. That didnt work out. Seems like everyone knew I was in the hospital. It was an experience that would never happen to anyone that did not live in a small town. Iam forever grateful to everyone .

Iam back to work just a little slower but getting better everyday.

Thanks to all of our customers who helped us obtain better transportation to better serve our community. These trucks take a ton of abuse every week. It’s one less worry to know we have something dependable to help us help you. We have been unbelievably busy the last month and a half. Thanks to all that have been patient. Just know we are investing in the company to do better. We all appreciate your support. 👍
