Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Custom Closet and Built-In Fabricator and Installer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our design team, fabricating and installing custom closets and built-in furniture according to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. As a key member of our team, you will have an opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to creating exceptional living spaces for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Fabricate custom closets and built-in furniture based on design specifications and measurements.
• Utilize various hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
• Install custom closets and built-in furniture at client's homes or businesses.
• Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and safety!
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate and efficient fabrication and installation processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service during installations, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a carpenter, fabricator, and installer.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
• Proficient in using various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for quality and craftsmanship
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, design plans, and measurements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client locations for installations.
• Physical dexterity and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
