Broken equipment means lost money. When this excavator bucket tore open along the side lip, hauling it to a shop wasn't an option.
​Our mobile rig rolled right out to the job site to get it squared away. We gouged out the stress cracks, prepped the base metal, and burned in heavy multi-pass welds to lock the shank and side cutter back together stronger than before.

Dump trailers are built for abuse, but eventually, something has to give. 🚛💥
​This local customer’s dump trailer door had a nasty twist in it, making it impossible to close and latch safely. We brought it into the shop, stripped it down, and used our heavy fabrication table, some chains, and a floor jack to pull the twist completely out of the frame.
​Once everything was perfectly flat and squared up again, we rehung the door to ensure a smooth, secure latch. Back on the road and ready to haul!

Tree service trucks take a serious beating. Dropping heavy wood chips and logs straight into a dump bed is a fast way to blow out a factory suspension.
​We took this Ram dump truck in to fabricate a custom set of heavy-duty air bag mounts. We built these frame and axle brackets out of 1/4in steel, reinforced them to give this rig the extra support it needs when the chipper is running full blast.
