Check out this beautiful 😍 foundation we have prepared for our 2nd home 🏡 build. Just like the other home this foundation is beefed up horizontal and vertical half an inch rebar, 10 mil v***r barrier, 4 inches of crushed concrete rock, 12” by 18” inch footings, soil compacted, wire mesh, grounding rod, in slab plumbing for kitchen, bathroom, and laundry with hose bibs on left and right sides. Update on the Reeves residence. We have installed the fascia metal trim, and we have painted the 6x6 post column trim top and bottom and lvl. Everything is looking much better. We look forward to installing the rear seamless gutters for the new patio cover next in charcoal gray. Working late on a Sunday evening to make sure that the Reeves family knows that they are a priority here at PGC installation. We were able to install their fascia metal trim on the rear porch cover and we will now schedule the installation of their seamless gutters in the back of the home to conclude the project stay tuned for the final update but the porch is looking pretty good so far.
