Immediate Hire: Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator
Location: CSRA Region (Aiken, SC / Augusta, GA area) – No out-of-town travel!

Join our family-owned site development company (est. 1976). We handle full-scale commercial projects including:
•Land clearing & demo

•Mass & fine grading

•Storm drain, sanitary sewer, water lines

•Curb/gutter, sidewalks, asphalt base & paving

What we offer:

•Steady work with a stable, long-established crew

Requirements:
•Proven experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, etc.)

•Ability to read and interpret grade stakes for precise cuts, fills, and elevations

•Valid driver's license preferred

•GPS Experience a plus

•Safety-focused mindset required
