McConnell Enterprises Manufacturing (M.E.M) seeks a motivated individual to join its wood packaging production team in Airville, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble wood products, including pallets and boxes, using nail guns and screw guns.
• Assist in cutting operations, handling wood pieces processed through saws.
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow, transitioning efficiently between tasks.
• Stand for 8-9 hours daily in a dynamic environment. • Accurately read tape measures and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
• Comfortable with hand tools and basic woodworking equipment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and independent work capability.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
