🏆 We're proud to announce that ARDL has received the 2026 ARPM Safety Best Practice Award!

This marks the second consecutive year ARDL has been recognized nationally by the Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers (ARPM)—this year for our Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) Awareness Training and Emergency Response Program.

At ARDL, Safety is one of our seven core values and a guiding principle behind everything we do. Through monthly safety training, ongoing workplace improvements, proactive employee involvement, and a commitment to continuous improvement, we've built a culture where safety comes first.

This recognition reflects the dedication of every member of the ARDL team.

A special thank you to our Safety Manager, Mike Coss, for leading our safety initiatives, developing our H₂S awareness and emergency response program, guiding our training efforts, and helping ensure every employee has the knowledge, tools, and support to go home safely at the end of each day.

Exactly one week ago today — and with much better weather — ARDL wrapped up Spirit Week with our annual Spirit Day celebration.

From Charlie Browns Catering and Pav’s Creamery Ice Cream Truck to remarks from President Toby Samples and our annual co****le tournament, the day was filled with great food, friendly competition, and plenty of team spirit.
