Welcome to our 3 new summer co-op students, (l-r) Julian Salem, Zack Myers, and Matthias Fabian. We are so happy to have you at SBM!

Julian, mechanical, is from Akron and attends the University of Cincinnati. He plans to graduate in 2029. This is his first co-op rotation.

Zack, civil, hails from Ravenna and is attending The University of Akron. He has completed 2 prior internships and will graduate in the spring of 2028.

Matthias, mechanical, is from North Olmstead and goes to The University of Akron. He previously was a co-op student for 2 rotations in the automotive industry. He will graduate in December.

SBM Principals Tyler (L) and Marlon (R) recently gave a tour of our new office to the daughters of SBM namesake partner Rex Mayfield. Rex’s electrical engineering firm merged with the mechanical firm of Scheeser and Buckley, Consulting Engineers in 1987 to form the current Scheeser Buckley Mayfield. It was great having Rex’s family visit us! He is still spoken of often and fondly by our staff who knew him.
