Saturday putting in the work 💪

This one was a crack fill, double coat sealcoat, and restripe for Copart in Barberton. Huge thank you to them for trusting us with the project.

This lot was definitely due for its first sealcoat, and the double coat really brought the asphalt back to life while helping protect it for years to come.

Looking forward to getting more work done in the Barberton and Akron areas.

Big thank you to S3 Technologies for giving us the opportunity and taking a chance on us to get this project done.

After hauling out 15 bags worth of asphalt, gravel, dirt, debris, and cleaning the lot up, this is the finished product. It’s always amazing how much of a difference a little maintenance can make.

We’re proud of how this one turned out and happy to help bring the lot back to life.

Big Wick and the crew at Appell Striping of Ohio were at Modern Builders Supply, Inc. Youngstown Branch last weekend completing a full crack fill, sealcoat, and fresh striping project.
As you can see from the results, the parking lot received a complete refresh that will help protect the pavement, improve safety, and enhance the overall appearance of the property. The combination of crack filling, sealcoating, and bright new striping gives the lot a clean, professional look while extending the life of the asphalt.

Another one cleaned up in Akron 💪

This apartment complex was freshly paved about two years ago, so it was the perfect time for a double coat of sealcoat and fresh striping. A good sealcoat at the right time helps protect the asphalt, extend its life, and keep it looking sharp for years to come.

Back in Akron giving these apartment complexes a much-needed facelift 💪

We put down a double coat of sealcoat and fresh striping, brought the parking stall numbers back, made them larger and easier to see, and gave the asphalt the protection it was asking for.

Check our before and after work we did last week completing a full crack fill, sealcoat, and fresh striping job on the Jimmy John’s / Five Guys plaza 💪
As you can see in the video the blacktop was completely refreshed with a clean new sealcoat and bright crisp lines that make the entire plaza stand out. Great work by the crew delivering another sharp-looking parking lot!

Helping out a friend of ours in Newton Falls 💪
