Our team completed a high-performance dormitory exterior at Highlands College in Birmingham, Alabama, featuring ACM cladding and Kingspan Insulated Panels systems.

The project included ACM panels with a dry-joint reveal system, along with extensive Kingspan insulated panels, coordinated across multiple profiles, finishes, and panel widths to create depth, durability, and a clean, modern appearance. Additional Kingspan Karrier-Rail panels were integrated behind the first-tloor stone to support long-term performance.

The quality and ex*****on of this work led to an unexpected compliment: a general contractor brought in for additional campus dorm was so impressed with the building that they asked who completed it - resulting in a second dorm project at Highlands College for Carros Metal.

We are thankful for the partnership with JOHNSONKREIS Construction AND for the opportunity to deliver craftsmanship that speaks for itself! 💪🏼
