A new era for land management is dawning, and 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚 is preparing to lead the charge. Our initial strategic focus will be on the most critical and accessible markets. We anticipate launching into 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐧𝐞, targeting a $141.7 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 market across the American Southwest (SOM) with immediate solutions for commercial landscaping, HOAs, and strategic partnerships like data centers. This concentrated approach is designed for rapid validation and efficient capital deployment where water conservation is paramount.

We're building a Public Benefit Corporation to tackle an initial $141𝐁+ 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭, ensuring profit and purpose grow hand-in-hand.

The second booklet I have geared for an older audience. I understand that most in my field have a tendency to make our climate situation so complex that many choose to tune it out. Albert Einstein said "If you can't explain what you're doing to a six year old, well, you don't know what you are doing". It doesn't need to be all that difficult to understand. It's pretty simple really, Our air (atmosphere) has been polluted by carbon in it's gas form C02. This comes from burning fossil fuel, and by tilling up the soil, killing off the natural filters-wild native grasses, cutting down much of our forests and putting thing into the soil that actually kill the life in the soil, things like Chemical Fertilizers ( these actually starve the micro-biome of foods), pesticides (these actually kill the micro-organisms in the soil, collapsing the structure of the soil) and herbicides (these kill the natural fungi (Microcylium, this is white structures in healthy soils that communicate between the plant life and the microbiology in the soil). This will leave you with only dead and dyeing soil. When this happens all of the trapped carbon is released into the atmosphere, thus way too much C02 in our air trapping heat and causing a climate crisis.

I haven't posted anything for a while, here's something new just click on the link, it's a couple of little books. The first one is written for children, ages 4-10 years old. It describes how and why things are bad and how to fix it. It is over simplified , yet pretty accurate with some caveats, one; that we continue to grow our disuse of fossil fuels. Continue to grow our electric fleet of vehicles and 10 times our usage of green energies. If we do all that and plant 2 trees per person for 20 contiguous years we will see a normal climate in about 60-70 years. Just click the link and in the top right hand corner click on the listen button
