We recently completed an extensive renovation, modification, and addition project for what is now ALM Mazda Macon, after the dealership changed hands near the end of the project. Our design-build and self-perform teams planned the design and construction to maintain the location’s service operations throughout the project.

With recent work in Albany, Columbus, Warner Robins and Macon, our team continues to support our automotive dealer clients with their re-branding and re-image programs – enhancing the experience for both customers and staff.

The Camilla Resource Center was designed to serve as a hub for the community, providing a permanent home for the Boys & Girls Club of Mitchell County while also functioning as a multi-purpose resource center for residents. The facility includes classrooms, multipurpose activity rooms, administrative offices, and communal spaces to support both the Boys & Girls Club’s programs and a variety of events and services for the broader community.

In Albany, our design-build team collaborated closely with the developer and tenants to convert this former pharmacy building into a Creekside, Temp Coffee, Planet Smoothie and Rita’s Italian Ice. The site includes a fueling canopy, drive-thru service, and outdoor covered seating. Of note, our self-perform team installed composite siding and horizontal metal wall panels.

Partnering with a long-term client on this project, we supported them through zoning and permitting applications, design, construction, and occupancy.

Earlier this year, we completed a renovation of the C.D. McKnight Building on ASU’s West Campus. The 24,500 square foot 2-story renovation project included a new fire protection system throughout the entire building, new electrical and HVAC, and updating restrooms and stairwells to meet ADA requirements. The project also included exterior hardscape, irrigation, and landscaping renovations.

As general contractor, we worked alongside ASU Facilities, Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture and AJB Construction Group Inc. to deliver this project.
