In Downtown Albany, we led a phased renovation project at the Hilton Garden Inn. Collaborating closely with our client, the team completed the work in accordance with the Hotel’s Property Improvement Plan. The scope included new finishes and FF&E for 122 guest rooms and associated corridors, across Floors 2-5. To support the budget and schedule, our self-perform team completed installation of furniture and equipment.

For Tidewater Equipment Company’s new location in Tifton, our team was engaged early in the process to provide design-build services for the 9.8-acre site that includes 3 separate buildings totaling 42,389 square feet. The design utilized pre-engineered metal building systems for all structures, including two bridge cranes at the sales/service building.

During construction, our self-perform team completed all structural framing, metal roofing and metal wall panels installation. From design through construction, we work hard to maximize value for our clients.

After building the original bowling alley 18 years ago, we recently returned to All American Fun Park to complete a major expansion. The project included a 10-lane addition to the bowling alley and expanded arcade area that connects to the existing building. Our team collaborated closely with the Owner to develop a phasing plan to maintain customer safety and existing operations during construction.
