We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our founder Rudolph “Rudy” Beaver. The world has lost a wonderful man, but Heaven has gained him! Rudy played an integral part in the early days of affordable housing within Alabama. He helped and worked with all the Alabama developers, many of whom are still active today. He helped bring thousands of affordable units to many families across the southeast.

He will be greatly missed, and his legacy will continue to live on through the projects he helped bring to life. Rest in peace, Rudy. Olympia Construction and Olympia Management offices will be closed Friday, September 1st, 2023, in remembrance of him.

Construction is moving along at Legacy Trail in Semmes, AL. The teams are currently finishing up sidewalks, hanging drywall, and doing the trim out. Ben Jones, the Project Manager, and Jeremy Teague, the Superintendent, are both working hard on this 56-unit project.
