CEI became an Astec Industries company in 1995, but it was founded in 1969 by a man named Bill Childers.

We heard from one of his sisters today. Upon landing in Hawaii, the first thing she saw from the plane was this CEI portable asphalt tank! She was kind enough to send us a picture.
