This week at the National Tribal Broadband Summit OptiPulse CEO John Joseph discussed the new OptiPulse technology innovations that would enable faster, less expensive deployment of broadband access to Tribal and rural populations. The OptiPulse LightGrid™, with its new, inexpensive, compact light source, can send more data with less energy more safely than current Line of Sight wireless links. OptiPulse has introduced its technology to IT members of the NTU and the Crownpoint HIS hospital, and will propose partnering with these and other Tribal entities. The wireless links would be the least disruptive to the Tribal Lands while providing necessary, high bandwidth wireless infrastructure for 4G and 5G rollout and supports 6G technology today.
