Who you calling "crazy leg" John M. Spier!?!?! I've been called worse!

I'm representing a Seller, and last week the Buyer had inspections for a property in the due diligence phase of the contract.
If I've learned one thing when it comes to electrical...I have no idea what I'm looking at. Always consult a professional.
I had never heard the term "crazy leg" before. John wasn't calling me names...he was describing a wiring set up that is not as common anymore.
