We have been carefully monitoring the progression of COVID-19 and recommendations from public health professionals. As the number of transmissions increase, we’ve been taking extra precautions to ensure the health of our staff and community.

We’ve had several meetings about best practices to combat the spread of infection. We’re listening to public health officials – staff members who are feeling sick are advised to stay home, regardless of their risk of COVID-19. Our offices are being sanitized several times a day, we are practising social distancing, and our team is being encouraged to wash their hands frequently.

Your health and safety are our primary concern. In the coming days and weeks, you may notice several businesses closing their doors. We will follow all public health recommendations; we will strive to stay open for as long as possible.

Businesses have a choice to make – the risk of spreading infection versus the benefits of staying open. For some businesses, that choice is obvious; for us, the choice is more difficult. We have elected to stay open because we provide an essential service – plumbing services in Albuquerque.

We take our responsibilities very seriously – during times of crisis, this sense of responsibility is heightened. Without proper plumbing, citizens could be forced to leave their homes to get water. Leaking pipes can lead to mold in the walls, increasing illness at a time when our healthcare system is likely to be overburdened. Plumbing emergencies can stop businesses that are providing essential services in their tracks. Our services are integral to ensuring the health and safety of our community, and we will continue to provide them so long as federal, state, and local officials deem it safe.

We ask that if you are feeling sick, you reschedule your appointment with us. Doing so will help keep everyone safe.
