Tradition you can taste. 🌶️🎶
We were proud to help sponsor this year’s local Hispanic Chamber of Valencia County (HVVC) Matanza, a day full of good food, great music, and an even better purpose. This event has deep roots in our community, raising scholarship funds for local students year after year.
A special shoutout to NMP’s Bruce Gallegos, whose family has been part of this tradition for 25 years. New Mexico Plaster has been lucky enough to participate for 7, and this year’s crew brought it once again, earning 2nd place for the specialty plate with tacos made from tenderloin, red chile, and cheese (with a long line at the booth, as usual). Proud to stand behind an event that gives back and keeps tradition alive.
