I am looking to hire one potentially two honest, hard working individuals to assist with the completion of various construction projects. Must be able to show up on time, have a valid license, reliable transportation, and a will to work hard. General carpentry and construction skills are a huge plus. This person should be comfortable being given a task and being left to complete it with little to no supervision. Pay will start at $12 an hour for the first 10 work days. Afterwards an assessment on experience and the previous 10 days of work will be given to determine a more appropriate pay rate.

I was born and raised in small town Alburnett, Iowa, where I spent my entire childhood, k-12. After high school I immediately went to the trades, and have been here since. I’ve done a little bit of a lot, and not afraid to say I’m still learning. That being said, I’ve wired houses, I’ve framed houses, I’ve sided and roofed houses. I’ve done landscaping and yard work. I’ve poured new concrete and fixed old concrete. On the heavier side of things I’ve been a part of building some very nice post frame buildings, and currently I build bridges full time. I work 5 days a week from dawn to dusk, but would like to eventually be my own boss, so I’m spending some time on the weekends, building a company that I can call my own. I’m happy to look at any project and will consider it a pleasure to take on the tasks you may not have the time, patience, or knowledge, to make your home more enjoyable for your entire family.
