Pirc-Tobin Construction is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators and Utility Crew Members to join our crews for the upcoming construction season starting early spring 2026.

We’ve been building Iowa’s infrastructure since 2005 and focus on excavation, grading, underground utilities, directional drilling, and concrete. More importantly, we focus on our people.

You must pass a required drug test.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working with a crew on underground construction projects
• Operating equipment or supporting the crew in the field
• Following safety procedures and taking pride in quality work
• Showing up ready to work as part of a team

What We’re Looking For:

• Construction or utility experience (a BIG plus, but not required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team-first attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
