The road to Gladney Remodeling & Construction LLC began when Chris Gladney was only 19 years old. Mentored by people who had worked in various aspects of construction, Chris was in charge of Quality Assurance for a major engineering company by the age of 30. In Quality Assurance he was tasked with making certain that the projects had been rigorously reviewed and that the various steps of the const

ruction projects were in place and had been carefully executed. During this time, Chris joined the International Brotherhood of Electrical Works (IBEW) in 2001 and became a Level 3 member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) by 2010. Three years later, he had met the membership criteria for the American Welding Society (AWS) and the Certified Welding Inspector (CWI). Gladney Remodeling & Construction LLC incorporates the skills Chris has in electrical, finishing work and plumbing to breathe function and beauty into spaces that are old, outdated or uncomfortable for today’s lifestyles. Transforming older and even historic homes and buildings is a special sort of construction that requires an eye for maximizing the “bones” of a structure and creating a new look and feel that provides a safe and up-to-codes living and workspace. Chris’ experience in corrosion and his more than 20 years of experience in fields where excellence is expected have given him an eye for anticipating some of what may be hidden under the floors and behind the walls. He makes clients feel secure about the outcome of their project while providing them with the budgets that anticipate and include any obstacles.

This kitchen and dining remodel turned out beautiful! We took out the wall between the two and made them into a warm beautiful open space by adding windows to bring in natural light and redesigning the kitchen to add cabinet space and an island. The beadboard, LED lighting, and the large tile brings it all together nicely!
