CANVASSING MANAGER
Salary: $50,000/year

Smoky Mountain Home Renovations is looking for a motivated Canvassing Manager to help grow our company through community outreach and lead generation. This role is responsible for managing our canvassing team, creating target areas, setting appointments, and helping bring in new business for remodeling projects.

Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and manage canvassing team members
• Create daily routes and target neighborhoods
• Track leads, appointments, and team performance
• Help motivate the team and maintain goals
• Teach scripts and homeowner communication
• Ensure professionalism while representing the company
• Coordinate appointments with sales reps
• Monitor neighborhoods for remodeling opportunities
• Help with local events and marketing efforts
• Report weekly numbers and progress to ownership

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Comfortable working outdoors and managing a team
• Sales or canvassing experience preferred
• Construction/remodeling knowledge is a plus
