Fu-Tek Tooling, in Alda, NE, is looking for a Mold and Tool Maker.

Basic requirements:
•Ability to read and understand blueprints, sketches, and schematics that relate to working in a tool room.
•Ability to organize work flow on new mold builds, replacement parts, or repairs and run it through the shop.
•Ability to use manual mills, lathes, grinders, hand tools, and other basic equipment.
•Basic knowledge and experience of operating CNC machines, CNC sinker EDM, CNC machine for Electrodes, and CNC Wire EDM.
•Experience with welding, specifically TIG welding, is a plus.
•Understand shop calculations using metrics, decimals, and trig.

Fu-Tek Tooling is a captive shop that supports 2 of our molding facilities. Cooperation and team work are a must. We are looking for someone who works efficiently and maintains a clean work area. Experience is preferred.

This person will be sourcing for three separate SBU’s and needs experience with raw materials and MRO’s. Continuous improvement and problem-solving experience are a plus. This positions overseas raw material inventory and control.
