Brazos is now performing VLB trim upgrades for Carter Process Control on CCI control valves. Current project is 2ea 20 x 24 HRH steam conditioning valves and 2ea 10 x 20 HP bypass steam conditiining valves at the Pacificorp Lakeside Power Plant in Vineyard Utah. For most people this probably sounds like a foreign language. But for the power industry this is a very extensive but important repair. Machining at a depth of 36 inches on a 16in radius with limited visibility is no easy task. I want to thank EFCO USA for supplying us with the quality machine tools.

Even on these hot summer days our skilled technicians are pumping out quality repairs. Just a few repairs we are pushing out the door this week. 2ea J. Blakeborough pneumatic actuated butterfly valves, 2ea Bettis robotarm pneumatic actuators, 1ea 6in 1500 class Valtek control valve, Copes Vulcan trim repair and overlays, 1ea Tricentric triple off set butterfly valve.

We never know what order will come through next. Golden Goose Shoes reached out to our fab shop and needed 104 roof panels fabricated and expedited. We were able to support their request, working 7-12’s until completion.
