The MNSTAR Program is a MNOSHA program that recognizes companies that develop safety and health management systems that go above and beyond basic compliance with all applicable OSHA standards. At Douglas, we are committed to enriching our community. During our Summer Celebration Week, we select a local non-profit organization to support and various activities are held to raise funds. Every year our employee owners amaze us with their generosity. Through this fundraising, we were able to present a check for $28,000 to the Big Ole Bike Club to support Cycling Without Age Alexandria.
