In collaboration with one of our reoccurring commercial clients, our crews were able to turn over and regrade this old dump area located in Newark, Ohio.

Over the last 20+ years, this area has been used as a dump site for lot debris, jobsite trash, and other waste materials removed from other locations. Our crew came on site to create negative fall away from the drive area, bury all debris (within EPA regulation), and create a beautiful usable space.

Upon job completion, we conducted a regrade/top dress of the existing drive where we perform a 5-step process to eradicate any potholes & drainage issues- then finish with a fresh layer of stone material.

A beautiful finish and final grade carried out in Newark, Ohio this previous week.

The homeowner was left with an improper grade around their new residence which caused for erosion, backflow of runoff, and a less than aesthetically pleasing lawn area.

We completed a regrade of the entire property in which everything was brought to code, hauled in fresh topsoil, and then planted new lawn.

Our crews were hard at work transforming this industrial/storage lot and repairing all of its drainage issues in Newark, Ohio.

This lot had taken years of abuse from various vehicles, semi trucks, & heavy equipment which caused for numerous potholes, creation of low spots, and disappearance of material.

We removed over 300 tons of soil material, regraded all lots, straightened up the edges, and installed a beautiful layer of fresh crushed 8 stone. Overall, the project created a surface area that drained properly and was aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

A beautiful driveway that we installed for a client in Pataskala, Ohio- yesterday.

This property was prone to holding water and not draining properly upon our arrival. Therfore, we removed all the muck, built up the subbase with clean fill, installed a base & topcoat layer of stone, and compacted for a dry and driveable surface at project completion.

The season for new lawns is here!

We utilize a 5 Step process when completing the final grade of your home or business which allows for not only the rapid and effective growth of the lawn space, but a smooth surface area to be enjoyed by all.

This project took place in which we needed to fix the grade of the lawn from the previous contractor, brought in truckloads of premium pulverized topsoil, removed all debris from the work area, and carried out our installation process.

A clean and compacted walkway we installed for an excellent client yesterday in Pataskala, Ohio..

After months of walking through the lawn to their garage area, they decided to trust us to cut out the soil, install a base layer and then top with crushed limestone. We were sure to keep all edges laser straight & minimize damages to the existing lawn.

COMMERCIAL CLIENTS-

We recently ripped out, cleaned up, and hauled away a large parking lot located in Newark, Ohio for one of our commercial clients. This project contained 8”+ of old asphalt and over 350’ of concrete curb that needed to be completely cleaned up, hauled away, and sub base being graded for concrete crews to move in. This lot had consistently been paved over each layer since the early 1980’s and the transition to a whole new fresh paving was necessary.

This project took three days to complete with over 80 truckloads hauling away site waste and all inspections passing the first time.
