Today was a great day at Louisiana Christian University! We had the opportunity to speak with students in the College of Business Industrial & Organizational Psychology class; a leadership, motivation, and real-world business class.

Our CEO, Mr. Al Turner shared the story of Turner & Turner Contracting, the opportunities we provide, and left them with a powerful reminder—walk in integrity and always evaluate where you are versus where you’re going as growth will require more.

He responded by building the very bridges and freeways that connected our nation's capital. ​From the Whitehurst Freeway to massive viaduct projects, Alexander proved that technical mastery and a relentless work ethic can overcome any obstacle. His firm, Alexander & Repass, became a go-to partner for federal and state contracts—a legacy of service we strive to emulate every day.

We are thrilled to announce that our President and CEO, Al Turner, has been appointed the 2026 Board Chairman of the United Way of Central Louisiana‼️ ​On December 16, former chair Marcia Hardy officially passed the gavel to Al during the final board meeting of the year. We are incredibly proud of Al’s commitment to community service and cannot wait to see the impact he will make in this new role.
