Project Spotlight: St. Luke’s Heart Hospital – Anderson Campus

Following last week’s ribbon cutting, St. Luke’s Heart Hospital – Anderson Campus is officially open and serving the community. This new facility will help expand access to specialized heart care throughout the region.

We were proud to contribute to this important project by providing critical site infrastructure for the new hospital. We’re grateful to have worked alongside our clients and project partners on a facility that will make a lasting impact on the community.

We’re proud to announce the completion of work at the new Sheetz location in Limerick Township, PA, opening February 12, 2026 🎉

This project was a true team effort between our companies:

🔹 Semmel Excavating completed the excavation and earthwork, including:
• Site excavation and mass earthwork
• Underground infrastructure — water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer
• Grading for parking areas and driveways
• Highway improvements to support safe site access

🔹 Engelman Construction completed the concrete scope, including:
• Sidewalks
• Curbs
• Associated concrete flatwork throughout the site

Together, our crews helped deliver a high-quality site ready to serve the community. Huge thanks to everyone involved for another successful project from the ground up.
